You won't find a better fitting abbreviation for Way Out West and all the fantastic experiences this festival in Gothenburg has to offer.

For example, what could be better than a pop-up restaurant in the middle of a forest? A pop-up restaurant in the middle of a forest with a white sailcloth covering the dining area and inspiring chefs creating delicious and nutritious dishes from FOOD WASTE. Yes, that's the WOW factor right there!

The festival's main sponsor, COOP grocery stores, invited bloggers, influencers, and celebrities to enjoy a culinary experience prepared by chefs Lotta Lundgren and Sara Berner, to name a few. These creative and flavorful dishes, made from ingredients that would otherwise have been thrown away, were prepared in COOP's food truck and served to VIP guests under our white festival tent, which was tastefully (pardon the pun) decorated by the interior design store COSA Home Stories.
